These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with the Planni website and mobile application (the "Service") operated by Planni ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our").

Health and Fitness Disclaimer
The Service provides meal planning, exercise routines, and related information for educational and general wellness purposes only. We are not a medical organisation and cannot give medical advice or diagnosis.
- Always consult your doctor or other qualified health professional before starting any new diet, exercise, or wellness programme.
- Stop immediately and seek medical advice if you experience dizziness, faintness, pain, or shortness of breath while exercising or following a meal plan.
- By using this Service, you confirm you are responsible for your own health decisions.
Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so may result in termination of your account.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Planni, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use of or inability to use the Service; (ii) any unauthorised access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to the new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
